eastern New York just north of Albany, the state capital. If you need directions from a location outside

From the North:
Take Interstate 87 to Exit 9W and proceed onto Route
146 West. Travel for approximately 7 miles. Route 146 West will turn left at a traffic light BE SURE TO
CONTINUE STRAIGHT onto Glenridge Road. Continue through two underpasses, and take a right at the following
traffic light (Maple Road). Go 2 miles until you see a sign for Clover Patch Programs on the right hand
side, and turn right onto Helping Hand Lane. The facility is at the end of this road (¼ mile).
From the East:
Take Interstate 90 (Thruway) to Exit 25 (Schenectady
(I-890)). Proceed onto I-890 West. Take Exit 4B (Erie Blvd) and travel onto Erie Blvd. Drive on Erie Blvd
for approximately 4 miles, over the Mohawk River, and take a right onto Maple Avenue (immediately before
the Stewarts Shops on the right). Travel on Maple Avenue for approximately 5 miles, through one traffic
light, and take a right onto Helping Hand Lane. There will be a sign for Clover Patch Programs on the
right hand side. The facility is at the end of this road (¼ mile).
From the South:
Take the Thruway (I-87 to I-90) to Exit 25
(Schenectady (I-890)). Proceed onto Interstate 890 West. Take Exit 4B (Erie Blvd) and travel onto Erie
Boulevard. Drive on Erie Blvd for approximately 4 miles, over the Mohawk River, and take a right onto
Maple Avenue (immediately before the Stewarts Shops on the right). Travel on Maple Avenue for
approximately 5 miles, through one traffic light, and take a right onto Helping Hand Lane. There will be a

From the West:
Take the Thruway (I-90) to Exit 26 (Schenectady
(I-890)). Proceed onto Interstate 890 East. Take Exit 4B (Erie Blvd) and travel onto Erie Boulevard. Drive
on Erie Blvd for approximately 4 miles, over the Mohawk River, and take a right onto Maple Avenue
(immediately before the Stewarts Shops on the right). Travel on Maple Avenue for approximately 5 miles,
through one traffic light, and take a right onto Helping Hand Lane. There will be a sign for Clover Patch
Programs on the right hand side. The facility is at the end of this road (¼ mile).
