Rental Opportunities

Clover Patch Camp is located in upstate New York, in the town of Glenville.  Clover Patch is 100 percent wheelchair-accessible including a specially adapted pool, miniature golf course, playground, nature trails and living quarters.  It is approximately 2½ hours north of New York City and 30 minutes northwest of Albany, the New York State capital.  Camp is built on close to 120 acres of forest, but operates on primarily 15 acres.  On the property, you will find 12 cabins suited for a variety of purposes which can accommodate overnight stays for up to 88 people. These facilities are all available on a rental basis. Rent the whole property for big groups, or rent just what you need for a smaller group.

Basic Rental

check-in – 5:00 pm / check-out – 3:00 pm

Includes:

  • Stevens Hall (Dining Hall) – Capacity for 125 persons.  Folding cafeteria tables and chairs can be moved to provide a large open space.  The Hall has electricity, ceiling fans, air hockey and foos ball tables, restroom facilities and features a large stone fireplace.
  • Kitchen – The large industrial style kitchen inside Stevens Hall features a large gas range, ovens, griddle, freezers and refrigerators, and commercial dishwasher.  The kitchen also includes toasters, food processer, and microwaves.  Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and cups are also available for use.
  • Bathing/Toilet Facilities – The bath house is centrally located within close proximity to each of the cabins and has separate areas for male and female campers.  Each area has 4 sinks, 3 showers, 5 toilets, a variable height changing table, and storage cubbies.  Adaptive bathing equipment is available upon request.
  • Hugh Farley Pavilion – The covered pavilion is an ideal place for picnicking and group activities.  Tables and chairs can be moved to provide large open space.  The pavilion has electricity, ceiling fans, and restroom facilities.
  • Activity Cabin – The activity cabin has comfortable couches and chairs, electric outlets and lights, screen windows and screen doors.  The facility can be used for activities or as a meeting space.

Brigadoon Lodge – Sleeping Cabin & Lounge

  • A multi-use facility including a lounge area with cable TV and DVD, two private restrooms with showers, four residential sleeping rooms and two small meeting rooms
  • Sleeps up to 12 people with a mix of single and bunk beds
  • Electric outlets and lights, night stands and dressers

Swimming Pool – Capacity: 63

  • Fully-accessible pool with large shaded and furnished deck, covered pavilion with ceiling fans and electricity, and restroom
  • Rental Group is required to provide American Red Cross-certified lifeguard
